Thomas Forstner
Thomas Forstner is the Secretary-General of the Austrian Betting and Gambling Association (OVWG). The goal of the OVWG is to create fair framework conditions in the Austrian online sector that comply with the EU requirements and from which everyone ultimately benefits: The users through the highest player protection standards, the operators through clear legal requirements and the Minister of Finance through predictable and secure tax revenues. Thomas Forstner has many years of experience in association work, such as with the Association of Security Companies in Austria (VSÖ) and the Alpine Creditors Association (AKV). Furthermore, he worked successfully for many years in marketing and product management at well-known companies such as Hagleitner, Bosch and IMAX.
